I think The Art Spot is a fantastic place. During camp I made new friends, learned new things and had a great time designing my dream room! All our projects turned out great, in part because it was so fun and inspiring. Thank you for teaching me and letting me show myself in art.
The Art Spot is really fun for multiple reasons, I learn so much more here about art than I do at home! And, I have fun doing it! The Art Spot has so many opportunities for you to do what you love. I personally suggest coming here to have fun and learn the most you can about art!
I’ve done camps and been to parties here for years. I love The Art Spot because you get creative freedom that you don’t really get in school. I got to design my own room with anything I wanted and learned to draw humans so much better than before. Everyone you work with is an artist and give such good tips and solutions that help so many aspiring artists like me improve. They always help me improve and add my own creative spin.
The Art Spot is like my home away from home. Even after coming here for years the variety of classes and challenges never gets boring. With every art tool, medium, and resource they have, you can make almost anything. Sometimes I come in with the most absurd ideas for art and Joanne and Bruce help me bring my vision to life. This studio, for me, is a place of comfort, unwinding and total creative exploration. The Art Spot is a perfect place for a growing artist.
My experience at The Art Spot was unlike any other art studio. Not only were the artists in charge of classes welcoming but kind and supportive but they made everyone feel good about their art. I heard often – it’s not how good you think the final result is, it’s the ideas that matter! I carried that with me all week.
I like how it was an environment that didn’t feel strict or confronting. There is something for everyone and lots of space for creativity of your own.
